ProPivotal staffing has partnered with a well-known international real estate company, known mainly for hotels, B2B & B2C hospitality, and is seeking a committed leader to join the company's leadership team in the role of CFO.

Main Responsibilities Include :
- Overseeing all aspects of financial strategy and providing guidance to the financial management team.
- Collaborating closely with C-Suite executives regarding key financial controls with the company as well as future company plans, financial compliance guidance, and other risk management expertise.
- Leading the finance team with respect to budgeting and forecasting while staying aligned with short and long term company goals.
- Preparing financial reports to board members.
Main Qualifications Include :
- 10+ years of experience in a CFO or Senior Director role within the commercial real estate industry
- Working knowledge of current events and trends as it pertains to domestic and international real estate
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities that drive business growth
