We are looking for Telecom Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team and help connect America. Our technicians are the face of our company.

You will be an integral part of building our team in a new market in the Phoenix Metro area. You will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.

We connect the world today with tomorrow’s technologies. This position requires at least 80% travel and comes with a generous company provided Food Per Diem, and Company provided Hotel.

Your first few weeks of employment will be spent training in Texas. This position comes with a Company Vehicle! Prior Construction and / or Framing background a tremendous plus! Prior leadership experience is a plus.

MDU Fiber to the Home Installers are the face of our company. North Sky Communications is currently looking for motivated individuals with a high attention to detail and excellent customer relations skills for in home installation.

What you’ll do You will install new and existing fiber optic wiring per company guidelines You will install and configure all equipment.

You will troubleshoot and repair service lines during service calls. You will install telephone wiring. You will set up and deliver high speed internet demonstrating quality connections.

You will greet & treat customers with respect. You will review all requested services with the customer. You will interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times.

You will provide customer product education. You will communicate with the supervisor and dispatch regarding work status.

Qualifications Who we are looking for You are at least 18 years old You are authorized to work in the United States for this company You have a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience You have an MVR record that is deemed acceptable by the company You are able to maintain a safe work environment You are able to work in all weather conditions You are able to lift / carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 85 lbs as needed with or without assistance You are able to work over-time;

after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call You are able to carry a 28’ to 32' ladder from truck to pole You are able to work in tight spaces such as a crawl space of a house You are able to work 3- feet above ground level and in enclosed space Due to safety reasons, maximum body weight restriction must not exceed 350 pounds.
