We are looking for part-time and full-time licensed therapists who are passionate about providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care to a richly diverse client community.

This is a W-2, hybrid position that involves providing services though telehealth and at our Eastlake office. Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience working with couples and / or

providing clinical supervision.

Required Qualifications :

  • Masters or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Active and unrestricted license (e.g., licensed psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice in the state of Washington.
  • Commitment to supporting the QTBIPOC community and other historically underserved groups.
  • Exceptional clinical skills and willingness to engage in critical self-reflection.
  • Proactive approach to professional growth through supervision and consultation.
  • Self-initiative that supports strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and private access to phone, computer, and internet + reliable transportation that supports hybrid work.
  • Desire to plant professional roots and commit to long term career development at PEAK Psychological Wellness.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Generous compensation commensurate with license type, years of experience, and client caseload. Pay range for clinicians in their first year of licensure seeing 25 30 clients / week + admin time :
  • Master's Level, associate requiring clinical supervision $67, 500-$78,750 annually
  • Master’s Level $73,750 - $87,250 annually
  • Doctoral Level $82,187 - $97,375 annually

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 25 client contact hours weekly.
  • Be available to see clients at least one evening per week.
  • Timely completion of clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision / consultation, and trainings.
  • Adherence to all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
  • Learn the administrative duties that support running a group practice.
