Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health
Responsibilities : The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing a plan of treatment and for providing skilled nursing services to the homebound patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and under the physician’s order.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an approved Professional Nursing Program
- Current RN licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
- 6 months recent Home Health (OASIS) experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Benefits :
- Full-time schedule
- 13 weeks with possibility to renew
- Guaranteed $1700.00 per week ($88,400.00 annual)
- Additional premium reimbursement for visits completed over the weekly expectation
- Tablet provided by MedSide
