Job Description : Read AI is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue by engaging and closing new business opportunities, particularly through a significant volume of inbound leads generated by our strong consumer user base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities : Inbound Lead Management : Quickly and effectively respond to a high volume of inbound leads, qualifying and converting them into sales opportunities.
Prospecting and Lead Generation : While the primary focus will be on inbound leads, identify additional potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value of Read AI’s solutions.
Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.
Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and Read AI.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Customer Success Handoff : Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.
Reporting : Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
Track Record : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an early-stage startup environment, particularly through managing and converting inbound leads.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to, demo and influence decision makers.
Sales Skills : Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in managing inbound leads.
Technical Aptitude : Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts and value propositions. CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM software (e.
g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, with an additional performance-based variable component that can match the base salary.
