The project manager will immediately move into managing a large healthcare projects that our client has just won. They will oversee this job to completion then move into one of the other projects on backlog mainly in healthcare, education, and multifamily.

Description
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
- Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Participate in company training sessions
- Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites
- Manage construction projects
Profile
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
- Experience working on $5-10M+ projects
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Motivation to lead and learn
- Polished communication skills
- Ground up experience preferred
- Commercial experience preferred
