Position Profile :
We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and enthusiastic people to the role of Occupational Therapist - Midland Community Mental Health.
This role as part of a multidisciplinary team provides Occupational Therapy services to patients in the clinical area of Adult Mental Health as required / appropriate at the Midland Adult community Mental Health Service.
The position facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. Practices as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and EMHS policies and guidelines.
This position is based at the Midland Community Mental Health Service.

Midland Community Mental Health Service is situated in the heart of Midland, is easily accessible via public transport and is close to the Midland Gate Shopping Centre.
It is a multidisciplinary Tertiary Mental Health Service providing specialist Psychiatric Care and Care Coordination for eligible consumers aged from 18 in the Swan / Hills catchment.
Multidisciplinary teams work with consumers to achieve their Recovery Goals and return to primary care in the community.
