Position Overview : We are seeking a Superintendent with 10+ years of experience who is hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various construction projects and is comfortable jumping in with a toolbelt when needed.
You should be an outgoing, Type A personality with a clean background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scheduling : Create and manage 2-week look-ahead schedules and punch lists.
- Subcontractor Management : Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Material Procurement : Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries.
- Hands-On Leadership : Willingness to get hands-on and assist on-site as needed.
- Bilingual Skills : Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Client Interaction : Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 10+ years in the construction industry, with experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
- Software Proficiency : Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personality : Outgoing, Type A personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Language Skills : Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
