Key Responsibilities
- Schedule manpower and set production goals before the job starts.
- Manage all field staff internal and subs.
- Manage all on-site logistics, material deliveries, subtrades and equipment rentals.
- Monitor production on all jobs to ensure budgets are met (or beat) daily.
- Ensure all materials are properly specified and ordered for each job per SOW and plans.
- Trouble shoot technical issues on site and come up with practical solutions.
- Monitor quality through field inspections and punch list.
- Ensure all clients' on-site requirements are addressed.
- Maintain constant communication with client site contact.
- Manage on-site safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management Preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience with a mechanical contractor
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation
- Computer Savvy
