Responsibilities
Market Expansion : Develop and implement channel expansion and sales strategies in the U.S. yacht market. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with dealers and retailers.
Channel Development : Establish and manage nationwide offline sales channels. Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
Customer Relationship Management : Maintain close contact with key customers, providing excellent service and support. Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve satisfaction.
Sales Goals : Set and achieve sales targets to ensure business growth. Analyze market data and sales performance, providing business improvement suggestions.
Team Management : Recruit, train, and manage the sales team. Motivate team members to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of channel development experience in the yacht, luxury goods, or related industries. Extensive customer resources and industry connections.
Excellent market analysis and strategy formulation skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to frequent travel.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
