Trademark, Copyrights, Privacy & IP Transactions - Trademark Attorney (Multiple Offices)

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced trademark lawyer to join its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy and IP Transactions Practice Group. We are seeking candidates ideally located in Atlanta, Boston, Raleigh or Winston-Salem.

The preferred candidate should have 5-10 years of active practice as a trademark lawyer, with particular experience in the areas of trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement action. Experience with copyright and / or advertising matters would also be valuable.

Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice. Candidates should also have strong analytical and organizational abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills, a desire to work within a close-knit team, and excellent academic credentials.

The national average salary for this role is $90,000 - $300,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
