Supplemental Information
Hourly Range : - $24.00 - $34.68 Hourly ($49,920 - $72,134 annually) (DOE)

- Through the MHP Career Ladder, we support the continual growth of our MHPs and assist in obtaining additional experience and licensure, resulting in salary increases.

Requirements
- Those with a passion for supporting cvlients in hard-to-reach or underserved communities.
- Valid drivers license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Experience
- Professional licensure as a LMHC / A, LMFT / A, or LICSW / A.
- Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) prinicples and practice.

Some of what you will do :
- Partner with dynamic team members to support the well-being of our clients, families, and communities.
- Collaborate with clients and care team to identify potential challenges through assessing participants mental status, daily living skills, coping patterns, strengths, and supports.
- Clinical paperwork includes documentation of all contacts, problems, interventions, determination of diagnostic eligibility, and dispositions of the case, including all referrals and termination summaries.
- Complete age-appropriate behavioral health screenings using evidence-based tools.
Successfully transfer patients to a long-term counselor if and when appropriate.
