Leading a dynamic team comprising project managers, engineers, estimators, and field personnel, you'll foster collaboration and excellence.
Resource optimization is key efficiently managing personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize project success and profitability.
Compliance with industry standards and regulations is paramount, alongside implementing robust quality control measures. Collaboration with our finance team to develop and monitor project budgets ensures financial health.
Safety is non-negotiable, and you'll champion a culture of safety across projects.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process piping.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business development acumen.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of financial management principles.
- Commitment to safety.
- Preferred certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
