Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Wound Care

We provide each patient with an individual care plan backed by evidence-based clinical pathways that have been developed and refined through 20 years of proven care for over 4 million wounds.

- What you will do*In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.
- Minimum Qualifications *Education* : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
- Licensure* : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.* *Certification* : BLS (AHA / ARC). CWCN Certification preferred.
Wound Care Certification preferred.*Preferred Skills : *Education : * Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN degree preferred.
- Experience : * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Acute Care experience preferred. Wound Care experience preferred. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) experience preferred.
