We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Moorestown, NJ. The perfect candidate will have expertise in litigation and a strong understanding of the New Jersey litigation process.

$50,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the progress of pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Manage calendars, including court dates and meeting deadlines
- Engage with clients
- Draft correspondence to clients and opposing parties
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases
- Assist attorneys in New Jersey litigation
- Case management
- Compose legal documents including motions, complaints, and discovery
- Possess knowledge of local court rules and regulations
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of Insurance Defense, Consumer Fraud, or Business Litigation is a plus
- Understanding of local court rules and procedures essential for the job
- Ability to conduct research and investigations
- Capable of forming and preparing legal documents
- Excellent verbal and time management prowess
- Keen attention to detail
- Profound familiarity with legal terms and regulations
- Paralegal Certification or Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies (preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree)
- Initiative and follow-through skills are a must
