Key Responsibilities
Lead program and project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives
Drive strategic planning and goal management in partnership with Sales leadership
Manage reporting and performance analysis to support data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills
Project and program management expertise with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
