Job Description

Job title : ATM Field Service Technician

Location : Milwaukee, WI, 53207

Schedule : 6 Months (Temp to Hire)

Job summary : An ATM Field Technician is needed to perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement, requiring a flexible schedule and travel. The role demands basic mechanical / electrical skills, problem-solving ability, reliable transportation, and personal tools for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
  • Maintain parts inventory and related records.
  • Provide status reports throughout the service repair.
  • Diagnose problems using provided call information and ATM error logs.
  • Own customer issues until resolution per SLA agreements.
  • Practice security and safety procedures when working with ATMs and within financial institutions.
  • Accurately and promptly report calls, activity, and other required reporting.
  • May require bending, squatting, walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods.
  • May require prolonged travel within a service area.
  • Carry and / or lift tool kits / parts weighing 1-50 lbs.
  • Dispatched on a call-by-call basis or have a daily schedule.
  • May be required to work rotating shifts, nights, and / or weekends.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of related experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Possess basic tools (not supplied) : #1 and #2 flathead and Philips screwdrivers.

    • Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, on-call).
  • High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and work well under pressure.
