CommQuest seeks part-time LPN Staff Nurse (LPN Float) for our Detox and a full-time or part-time at our Cleveland Ave Outpatien t facilities located in Canton, Ohio.

You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What you'll do :

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
• Document nursing care via EHR . Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule :

Per needs of the facility. Must have availability to work weekends and holidays

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and / or addictions is highly desired
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
