Driving guests in a 4-mile radius. No airport transportation.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include :

• Assist guests with luggage and other packages.
• Maintain all public areas of the hotel including hallways and lobby areas, as well as, the whole hotel.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel staff, service, and hours of operation.
• Identify guests by using Mr. Ms. Miss or Mrs.
• Must maintain a consistent schedule for departing to the airport.

Requirements :

• Possess telephone etiquette skills.
• Must always maintain a professional appearance and a high service standard.
• Ability to handle guest complaints.
• Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
