Position Summary :
As a Senior Architect , you will lead complex, large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion, managing all aspects of design, technical documentation, and construction oversight.
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and functionality are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and proven leadership abilities within a collaborative framework.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architectural design efforts on projects across various sectors (corporate, residential, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
- Oversee project teams from concept through construction documentation and delivery.
- Ensure design integrity and quality control, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the firm.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and excellence in design.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience, with a focus on leading projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in design and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and project budgets.
