We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join an outstanding full-service restaurant in Hilton Head, SC . What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth FOH / BOH coordination
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Provide ongoing coaching and disciplinary action when needed
• Ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience
• Uphold high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
