Med Surg Registered Nurse - North Adams, MA (Travel Position)
Night Shift Available
Pay : $2,520 / wk
Length : 13 weeks
Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse for a travel position with one of our partnered clients in North Adams, MA.
Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med Surg unit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
