DutiesandResponsibilities :
- Facilitateand participate in the referral to placement processes to certifyand assure students meet eligibility criteria for placement andservices.
- Serve as a member of theIEP team and facilitate IEP meetings asrequired.
- Evaluate studentsaccording to approved assessment plans; utilize appropriateinstruments / tests observations records and interviews;
providescheduled review testing and additional review testing asappropriate.
- Provide inservicetraining to parents and staff asneeded.
- Evaluate pupils withbehavioral difficulties perform functional behavioral analyses andassist in the development of behavior interventionplans.
- Assist with the Student StudyTeam and referral for behavioranalysis.
- Attend and participate invarious meetings; attend workshops conferences and classes asdirected; participate as a member of consultation and other teamsor committees;
attend teacher s meetings as needed; makepresentations asassigned.
