Responsibilities :
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by a Broker and / or Coach
- Hold yourself accountable to your Business Plan to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
- Meet buyers and sellers (including on the evenings / weekends) to help reach their real estate goals
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market data
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted within the proper time frames
- Follow up on leads efficiently and effectively
