Currently seeking skilled and driven Branch Director / Clinical Manager to welcome our ever-growing team!

At Aevitas our mission to empower our home care providers to contribute to the health and well-being of every patient placed in our care by utilizing evidenced based best practices.

Expectations :

  • Understands and adheres to established Company policies and procedures. Serves as a role model for all office and field staff by setting an example of high standards in professional care
  • Supervise the day to day office and clinical operations, monitor office staff action screens daily
  • Complete the weekly agency audit report and email to Admin, Regional VP, VP of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer
  • Trains field and office staff across various teams as needed in accordance with home health care regulations
  • Be competent with the State and Federal Survey
  • Must have a strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and OASIS documentation process
  • Function in the capacity of staff nurse when necessary
  • Complete review of evaluation packets, OASIS and 485s
  • Follow up on all referrals, through admission and billing processes
  • Hold weekly Case Conferences to discuss client issues
  • Assist and oversee process of internal transfer of clients to a new branch office

Requirements :

  • Registered Nurse license required
  • Experience in managing Home Health
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently.
