As the Director of Clinical and Surgical Services, your role will drive the organization's success. Your oversight of the P&L, including managing income and expenses, forecasting, and budgeting, will be crucial.

You'll also be at the forefront of overseeing the LASIK process, Fellowship Program, Residency Program, FDA research and studies, and durable goods management, shaping the future of the clinical and surgical services where you'll be the driving force behind fostering relationships with co-managed doctors and ensuring the clinic and ASC's billing timeliness and accuracy.

With an eye on patient / staff satisfaction and physician productivity goals, you'll implement, manage, and evaluate all systems, ensuring that the organization operates at its peak potential.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales within multi-clinic ophthalmology locations with ambulatory surgery centers (ASC)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
