Customer Service Manager
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager for our esteemed client based in West Haven, CT.
This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
This is a direct placement opportunity with a base salary range from $70,000-$80,000 plus annual incentives around 10%
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle high-level problem-solving and decision-making tasks, ensuring swift resolution of complex customer issues.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Utilize strong technical skills to oversee the use of customer service software and tools, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and make quick decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in leading and managing customer service teams of 10 or more.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong technical proficiency, with experience using customer service software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits :
