Job Title : Recruiting Specialist

Location : Anaheim, CA

Hours : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Your Role :

• Source and recruit candidates for various requisitions (temporary, temporary to hire, and direct placement)
• Receive, input, and process all client orders with complete job description, credit, and safety information
• Conduct prescreens and candidate interviews daily via phone, zoom, or in-person.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation in the company applicant tracking system
• Recruiting on various job boards and social media sites
• Communicate with clients regarding their job openings

What You Need to Be Successful :

• In-depth knowledge of recruiting / staffing industry
• At least 3 years of experience of recruiting experience, specifical for clerical / administrative, skilled industrial and warehouse positions
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication abilities
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to connect and communicate effectively with associates and clients at all levels
