Client Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts, acting as a critical point of contact between our clients and our organization. As a Client Account Representative, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and projects.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
  • Monitor client account performance and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or client service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
