Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Kansas City, KS.
The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, focusing on improving communication skills and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor and support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Kansas.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
