Due to a significant increase in customer volume, the Service Department at Safford Brown Mazda Fairfax is growing and in need of 2 additional Automotive Service Advisors!
We have a track record of success training people with restaurant, bar, hotel, or retail hospitality experience for this role.
Bring a great attitude and a genuine desire to help customers and we will train the rest!
As a Service Consultant, you will be checking our service customers in for their visit, confirming services requested, and following up on the progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction
