Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading home health care agency, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
As a CNA, you will provide direct care and assistance to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and competitive pay ranging from $20-$24 per hour.

Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
- Assure medications are taken on time and in the proper dosage
- Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Build rapport and create a positive relationship with clients and their families
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members regarding client care and updates
Requirements :
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Hawaii
- At least 1 year of experience working as a CNA, preferably in a home care or senior care setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English
