Precision Machinist (CNC & Manual)

We create high-quality, durable parts for a wide range of industries and are seeking an experienced and motivated Machinist   and Programmer to be a core member of our growing team. About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Machinist proficient in both CNC and manual machining to produce complex, precision parts according to strict customer specifications. This is not just an operating role—it requires diagnostic skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation & Setup : Independently set up, program, operate, and maintain both CNC and manual machining equipment (Lathe, Mill, Grinder, etc.) to produce intricate precision components.
  • Technical Interpretation : Expertly read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to determine the most efficient and precise machining processes.
  • Quality Assurance : Perform stringent quality checks on all parts, ensuring strict adherence to tolerances and specifications using precision measurement tools ( micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc. ).
  • Process Efficiency : Troubleshoot issues, perform routine machine maintenance, and optimize tooling and material properties to ensure equipment runs smoothly and continuously improves output quality.
  • Documentation & Safety : Maintain accurate records of machining processes and quality checks, while strictly ensuring compliance with all safety standards within a clean and organized workspace.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Machinist with demonstrated expertise in both CNC and manual machining.
  • High level of proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Expertise in utilizing precision measurement tools for verification and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to machine function and tool wear.
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant CNC programming certifications are a strong plus.
