About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day shifts Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. License : Must include license verification. Certifications : N / A Must-Have : Resume and license verification must be attached.
Candidates without these documents will not be considered. Job Description : Assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients.
- Help patients perform specific exercises as part of their treatment plan.- Document patient progress and report findings to supervising physical therapist.
- Ensure comfortable, safe, and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.- Perform administrative tasks related to patient care and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment.- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.- Complete a COVID test 72 hours prior to starting, with results available 48 hours before the start date.
