Job Summary :
BrightStar Care - Bucks County, PA is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Home Health Aid (HHA) / Caregiver / CNA.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients in their homes. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication and assist with medical equipment as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and exercise as directed by a healthcare professional
- Monitor and report changes in a client's health status
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aid (HHA) / Caregiver / CNA
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
