Your Role

Legal Advice : Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

Strategic : Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities

Collaboration : Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients

Compliance : Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation

Relationship Management : Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development

Your Qualifications & Skills

Experience : Five or more years of relevant litigation experience

Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of managing and resolving insurance defense and complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement

Licensed : Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska

Client-Centric : Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness

Productive : Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy

Articulate : Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively

Flexible : Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Autonomy : Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight

Driven : Show initiative and seek responsibility
