Position Overview :

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating commercial construction projects, from initial bid through project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive material and labor cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with initial estimates.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices for commercial projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
