Description

The Nursing Assistant Registered performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN.

Working with a preceptor and assuming increased responsibility during the residency, the Nursing Assistant Registered supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment using care delivery.

Key functions and specific skills for this job are found in the unit specific onboarding checklist and in the Standards of Practice and competencies for nursing assistants.

Required Qualifications :

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications :

Successful completion of a pre-licensure nursing assistant program.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
