The US Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations team is at the fore front of building the required infrastructure and supply chain to enable millions of packages being shipped all the way from merchants to end consumers.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities : - Learn the end-to-end supply chain and operational flows, to offer a fresh perspective on what can be improved to enhance operational quality and efficiency- Utilize data to dive into finer operational details combined with physical inspection of our processes, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities - Think big about bold ideas that could shape the network for years to come - Participate in Kaizens and continuous improvement efforts - Learning and inspecting operational cadences and nuances by visiting field operations teams across the country - Work closely with cross functional teams on opportunities related to product, tech, mechanical equipment and automation.

Minimum Qualifications- Currently pursuing a Bachelors and / or a Masters degree in engineering, sciences or equivalent- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis- Ability to dive deep into operational processes and leveraging data to root cause and derive insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - E-commerce experience- Previous experience in operations, engineering, product or related fields- Supply chain, logistics or operations experience is a plus
