Gar Kenyon is looking for a Project Engineer to fulfill the following role :

  • Design, create, and modify products to meet customer requirements for a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic components utilized in the aerospace industry, such as Check Valves, Thermal Control Valves, Actuators, Pressure Gauges, and other similar products.
  • Create and implement test procedures for new / redesigned products and oversee qualification testing to validate that the designs meet aerospace industry requirements.
  • Support manufacturing and initiate process improvements to existing products as opportunities present themselves.
  • Support customers through regular conference calls that track status of program action items and deliverables.
  • A basic knowledge of mechanics is required to successfully perform the requirements of this role. Previous experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and / or electronics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or a similar CAD modeling design tool is required.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline, is required.
