Real Estate Analyst - Real Estate Developer
Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami. This role will report to the director of acquisitions and will be a key player in underwriting new deals and various related financial operations.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior management
- Create financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitions
- Underwrite multifamily and other real estate asset classes
- Assist with investor reporting
- Create waterfall models
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
- 1-3 years of related real estate underwriting experience
- Strong experience in financial modeling (Argus and Excel preferred)
