Job Overview :
Walk-On's is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a savvy business professional with a strong focus on people management, upholding high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring overall accountability within the restaurant.
A key aspect of this role is developing a high-level training program to ensure our staff meets and exceeds our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
- Drive sales growth while effectively managing financial aspects including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop management staff, fostering a culture of leadership and professional growth.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer relations with professionalism and resolve issues tactfully.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain the integrity of Walk-On's scratch-made menu.
- Work with marketing to enhance the restaurant's visibility and brand recognition.
