We are actively seeking motivated and trainable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives . In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in maintaining the daily operations of our customer service and sales teams, with a focus on driving customer loyalty and engagement through outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support programs that enhance team performance and align with company goals
- Assist the customer service and sales teams in achieving operational objectives
- Train and mentor new or less experienced customer service staff
- Review and evaluate team members' work to ensure quality and timeliness
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer service inquiries
- Foster behaviors that focus on improving customer satisfaction and driving loyalty

Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to cross-train and develop team members
- Skilled in Account Retention and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Strong conflict-resolution and active listening skills
- Effective at prioritizing work and adapting to change
- Capable of handling difficult customer situations with professionalism
- A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on building a strong team spirit
