Licencia de conducir vlida; CDL es preferido. Bilinge (ingls / espaol) es una ventaja. Trim, prune, and remove trees and branches to maintain safety and aesthetics. Operate chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, and other tree trimming equipment. Safely work from ladders, aerial lifts, or climbing harnesses. Clear debris and maintain clean work areas after tree work is completed. Inspect trees for signs of disease or damage and report concerns. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Assist in grounds maintenance tasks as needed. Prior experience in tree trimming or tree care preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely. Physical strength and stamina to climb, lift, and carry heavy equipment and debris. Valid drivers license and / or CDL is a plus. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

Estamos buscando un Podador de rboles confiable y orientado a la seguridad para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posicin no exenta es responsable de realizar trabajos especializados en el cuidado de rboles, incluyendo poda, recorte y remocin de rboles utilizando herramientas manuales y elctricas. El candidato ideal tendr experiencia trabajando en alturas, operando motosierras y elevadores areos, y manteniendo un entorno de trabajo seguro en todo momento.
Responsabilidades Esenciales :
- Podar, recortar y remover rboles y ramas para mantener la seguridad y esttica del rea.
- Operar motosierras, sierras de prtiga, astilladoras y otros equipos de poda.
- Trabajar de manera segura desde escaleras, elevadores areos o arneses de escalada.
- Limpiar escombros y mantener el rea de trabajo ordenada despus de completar el trabajo.
- Inspeccionar rboles en busca de enfermedades o daos y reportar cualquier inquietud.
- Cumplir con todas las polticas de seguridad de la empresa y regulaciones de OSHA.
- Apoyar en tareas de mantenimiento de reas verdes segn sea necesario.
