Physical Therapist

Hopkins Health & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Hopkins location.

As a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary practice specializing in outpatient orthopedic care, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through innovative treatment approaches.

We are also one of the only integrated clinics combining Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and Medical services under one roof.

Our PT's alone have a combined 50 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Minnesota state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Energetic and compassionate approach to patient care.
