Shift : Days / 6 : 30a-6 : 30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, every 3rd weekend
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :
- NE RN License
- 2 years experience
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Other details :
- Float : Yes, ideally to MS areas. Float will depend on highest need
- EMR : EPIC
- Patient population : Adult, peds
- RN Ratio (Days) : 1 : 4
- Common Patient Diagnosis : CVA, TIA, shortness of breath, COVID, subdural hematoma, weakness
- Common Drips / Medications : PCA pumps for pain management, cardizem, insulin
- Patient Experience challenges / focus : hourly rounding and responsiveness
