Global Key Account Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Secure new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Handle all interface with customer for purchasing, engineering, program management, financial analysis and manage the sales of multiple programs.
  • Support the management and the organization of the team dedicated to OEM account.
  • Work closely with Project Leaders and Project Engineers.
  • Assist customer service representative in managing commercial details of account.
  • Develop new customers and / product strategies
  • Manage customer business plan / financial reduction plan
  • Overall program profitability (tooling and part price)
  • Meet with plants and participation in program reviews
  • Arbitration of plant and customer issues
  • Sales budget and sales forecast
  • Assist in development of Strategic Plan. This activity can lead to work in direct contact with the President and CEO.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with engineering, finance, purchasing, manufacturing and other plant and office personnel as required.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Must have a base understanding of injection molding, rubber mixing, assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION & / or EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; and five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
