We are a large dermatology practice (with two locations) looking to hire happy and helpful front desk team members. Responsibilities are :
Greet patients in a pleasant and kind manner as they check in for appointments
Answer phones and book new appointments in EMR. Nextech experience is a plus.
Help answer insurance question and assist other front desk associates as needed.
