Robert Half is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the social media strategy for a leading Fortune 50 Telecommunications Company's streaming services.
This role is crucial in building and enhancing the brand's social presence and collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Marketing.
Location : Philadelphia, PA (onsite 4 days / week, remote 1 day)
Hours : 40 hours / week
Duration : through end of 2024
Pay Rate : $35-$38 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy and Management : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), oversee content creation, and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
- Brand Development and Execution : Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to translate brand strategies into social media campaigns, maintain a consistent brand voice, and implement branding initiatives.
- Content Creation and Curation : Lead the creation of high-quality social media content, utilize tools like Sprinklr for content production and scheduling, and ensure content is engaging and optimized.
- Community Management and Engagement : Build and maintain an online community, engage with followers, monitor social media trends, and collaborate with influencers.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze social media performance metrics, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams, collaborate on marketing plans, and manage marketing budgets.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies.
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok; familiarity with Facebook and Twitter is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Sprinklr.
- Experience working with social media influencers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to translate strategy into social media content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
