About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Guaranteed Hours : Experience : License : Certifications : Must-Have : Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to primarily adult outpatient and some swing bed patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.- Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions.
- Encourage and motivate patients during their therapy sessions.- Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes necessary for rehabilitation.
- No weekend shifts required.
